Straight answers.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We bill a short minimum length so a single small logo still covers film handling — currently 0.5 m — but there is no setup fee and no design minimum.
How is the price calculated?
Per running meter of 55 cm film. The builder nests your art, measures the length used, rounds up to 0.1 m, and applies the volume tier. You pay for occupied film, not for a fixed sheet.
How fast is delivery to Amsterdam / Utrecht / the rest of NL?
Order before 16:00 on a working day: printed and shipped that day, next-business-day delivery to Amsterdam, Utrecht and most of the country.
What temperature and time do I press at?
150 °C for 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure. Full guide on the How to press page.
Hot or cold peel?
cold peel.
Which fabrics does it work on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, nylon, fleece. Dark and light. Not a substitute for dye-sub all-over on polyester, and not for untreated silicone.
How many washes does it survive?
We publish 50 wash cycles because that is the current shop test. We do not invent a bigger number.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG with transparency first. TIFF and high-res JPEG. We do not take PDF yet. The builder warns on low DPI, JPEGs and white backgrounds.
What if the print is wrong?
If we printed it wrong, we reprint it. If the file was wrong and we warned you in the builder, that's on the file. Full wording is on the returns page.
Can I collect from Ankeveen in person?
Yes. Pickup is free. We'll tell you when the roll is off the machine.
Do you ship to Belgium / Germany?
Not at launch. Phase 4.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
Yes. Checkout always produces an invoice. Trade accounts get one consolidated invoice per month.
